Right now in the Berlin streets: a poster we designed! So happy about the job! It’s about an exhibition at NS-Zwangsarbeit in Berlin Schöneweide – we also made visual concept, identity and graphic design for the exhibition 😌 Go visit!
Martin Gropius Bau
In October 28, 2015 the exhibition “Russia–Germany, from confrontation to cooperation” opened at the museum Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin (initiated by the German-Russian museum Berlin-Karlshorst). As an already involved cooperation partner within the design of the exhibition it-self, we got asked to expand and integrate the visual concept in all printed media. The task was to develop a graphic concept for banners, leaflets and an invitation card.
We created a design to the printed material that has a strong independent identity with the main focus on representing the physical exhibition. We re-used the triangles as an element from the exhibition and created a more abstracted layout and graphic pattern. These triangles refer to fragments as a symbol of the multifaceted history of the German-Russian relationship. A balanced mix from both nations’ national colors was chosen to underline the two countries equal presence.

Design lecturing in Zürich
“Trashzine” was the headline at an interdisciplinary course at the University of Arts in Zürich. Trash was the topic – Fanzine the format.
We have been discussing the definition of trash, digging in to historical and cultural movements in the fanzine-making and designing many cool and fancy Zines. + Good weather the hole week!
