BACKGROUND

KaDeWe in Berlin, Alsterhaus in Hamburg and Oberpollinger in Munich are all department stores and members to the KaDeWe Group. As a part of the opening celebration for the the new kids department in KaDeWe 2018, Berlin, the corporate gift wrapping paper needed a new look and design.

BACKGROUND

With KaDeWe in Berlin, Alsterhaus in Hamburg and Oberpollinger in Munich, the KaDeWe Group is running the most established department stores in Germany. As a part of their branded and decorated Christmas concept we got asked to contribute with new designs for their beauty calendars and Christmas cards 2018.

RESULT

The so called “Weihnachtswichtel” are by now a familiar and well known element in the display window design from the KaDeWe Group. Now as well seen on the new designed beauty calendars and Christmas cards 2018.

KaDeWe

BACKGROUND

Kaufhaus des Westens, is the next biggest department store in Europe. For the relaunch of their new kitchen department a communicative and attractive visual identity and illustrations was requested to tease and inform the customers about the new opening in autumn 2018.

RESULT

Based on corporate guide lines and the new architectural design we developed a series of illustrations to be applicable as a pattern for different retail purposes and tools for the event. The visuals could be seen in the KaDeWe Magazine, on billboards and different applicable products such as photo wall, posters and different online formats etc.

Deutsches Hygiene-Museum

CHALLENGE

To develop a graphic concept and design for an exhibition about “Language” at the German Hygiene Museum in Dresden. The exhibition needed a graphic thread to connect the in total four departments and the entrance space.

RESULT

Striking graphics and clear colours makes it easy for everyone to read, see and understand.
Through iconic and surprising setups we created a narrative visual language to transport the different topics – An invitation for the visitor to play and experience with all senses.
